The new drink is described as a “refreshing blend of Sprite’s signature lemon-lime taste and crisp iced tea flavors.” This also marks a first for the brand—instead of just adding a new flavor to the existing soda, it combines it with a completely different drink.
Reviews of Sprite + Tea on social media are mixed. Some soda enthusiasts who haven’t tried it are baffled. “Out of all the flavors they could’ve put out, they do this,” one commenter said, while a few others deemed it “gross.”
